No — design preservation is AutoAdfit's first principle. The AI repositions your existing elements for each aspect ratio and extends backgrounds from the image's own material. It does not remove elements from your original, add elements that weren't there, alter your colors, or rewrite your text. Read more on the About page.

The area of a vertical ad guaranteed to stay visible after the platform draws its own UI (profile bar, captions, icon rails, CTA buttons) on top of your creative. AI vision first analyzes your image — locating the subject, faces, products, text and logo. For each target format, a layout engine re-solves the composition inside that ratio's usable area (canvas minus platform overlays), then the result is rendered at the platform's exact recommended pixel size to avoid double compression.

Yes. The Free plan includes 10 images in total — a one-time allowance that does not reset each month — at up to 2 per day, with 2 formats per image and watermarked exports. Each format you pick counts as one image, so a single generation with 2 formats uses 2. No credit card required.

The watermark (plus the ads shown to free users) funds the real AI compute each resize consumes. Pro removes both the watermark and in-app ads.

Yes — subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period. See the Terms of Service for billing terms.

Standard web image formats — JPG, PNG and WebP. For best results upload your largest master creative.

Each format exports as JPG, PNG or WebP at the platform's exact recommended dimensions (e.g. 1080 × 1920 for Stories, 1200 × 628 for landscape link ads). Batch ZIP download is available for multi-format exports.

Ad platforms re-compress every upload. If your file is not at the render size, it gets scaled and re-encoded — two quality hits instead of one. Exact-size exports are the single biggest lever for keeping ad text crisp.

That's by design, and you lose nothing. Formats that share the exact same pixel size and safe zone — for example Meta Square and TikTok Square, both 1080 × 1080 with identical safe zones — produce pixel-identical renders, so AutoAdfit renders them once and delivers a single merged file covering all of them. The filename lists every platform it covers (e.g. Meta,TikTok_Square_1080x1080), and the results summary shows both numbers ("N files covering M formats"). Selecting all 18 formats can therefore arrive as fewer files — every selected format is still included.

Yes — every format renders in a preview grid first, including a platform-UI compliance preview that overlays each platform's interface so you can verify safe zones before trafficking.

On the Free plan, source images are deleted as soon as processing completes. On the Pro plan they are stored up to 7 days (so you can re-download results) and then automatically deleted. Derived processing caches are retained no longer than 7 days. Handling, retention and your deletion rights are documented in the Privacy Policy.

Yes. You retain all rights to images you upload and to the resized outputs. You must own (or be licensed to use) the source creative — see the Terms.

AutoAdfit does not use your creatives to train its own models — uploads are processed solely to generate your outputs and are deleted promptly (immediately on Free, within 7 days on Pro). See the Privacy Policy for the full data-use description.
